How do I see if people are cancelling after the refund period? Print

Our system will notify you in the manager end if a traveler tries to cancel after the refund period.

This way your campground can figure out how much to deduct from the refund, since it's past time limit to get a full refund.

Campers won't be able to cancel on the front end if they are past the refund period and they will need to contact the campground.
