Reservations can be found within Bookings in 3 places: the Search tool, Campsite Bookings grid, and the Bookings List
1. SEARCH TOOL
The search tool is found on the top right of your page. Search for a reservation or traveler by the reservation confirmation number, last 4 digits of the traveler's phone number, traveler email, traveler name, or the booking description.
2. BOOKINGS GRID
If you are looking to find reservations by date and campsite, we recommend the Campsite Bookings grid.
On the Campsite Bookings grid, select the dates you want to view in the Dates section at the top of the page. The grid below shows the campsites in order. To scroll through the campsites, click once anywhere on the grid and scroll. When you locate the reservation you want to view, double click on the Booking (indicated by a colored bar with a name) to open the reservation.
3. BOOKINGS LIST
If you are looking by Traveler or Booking ID, we recommend the Bookings List.
On the Bookings List, you can search by booking ID#, Traveler Names, or Campsite. When you locate the reservation you want to view, click the pencil icon.
