If there are some campers that have caused any issues at your campground, it is possible to not have them be able to book at your campground by adding their Traveler profile to our Blacklist feature.
Double Click the reservation from the booking grid.
Click EDIT under the Traveler name.
Click ADD TO BLACKLIST
ENTER a detailed reason for why they were blacklisted and press SAVE
The camper is now Blacklisted and cannot be able to book your campground online.
