Follow the steps below if you would like to remove a Traveler from a black list and allow them to resume booking at your site.
Access the Traveler account by creating a new booking in the grid and clicking VIEW TRAVELER INFO.
Click the Black List Information tab
The black details including date, which campground, and who performed the blacklist is displayed.
NOTE - only the campground manager that blacklisted the camper can remove the blacklisting.
Press CLEAR
Enter in any information on why the camper can be removed from the blacklist and press SAVE.
The Traveler can now make bookings on the campground.
