If a reservation is Checked-out early, a Campground Value Charge is displayed to show the transaction of the early checkout.
For example, if there was a 5 day booking for $10 a day, and the person only stayed 2 days the booking is only worth $20. Since you have the option to input any value amount for the refund, and $50 is entered as the refund amount, the Campground Charge Value would be -$30. If $10 is entered as the refund amount, the Campground Charge Value would be $10.
The charge is negative if refunded upon checkout and positive if a refund was not issued due to the earlier check-out.
