Double click the site hold on the grid.
At the bottom of the edit booking page select Delete.
After selecting Delete a box asking to confirm the deletion will pop up.
Select OK.
The site hold will now be deleted and you will no longer see it on the booking grid, the site will be open to book for the dates that were previously on hold.
