Follow the steps below on how to make a booking as a camper:
Step 1: Search for a campground/area to camp in, and select dates
- Using the search bar, type in which campground or area you would like to camp in. Press the magnifying glass to search
- Once you are on the profile of the campground you would like to book at, on the right hand side enter your dates of travel. Press search.
Step 2: Using the map, choose your site
- Using the campgrounds map or right hand side bar, select which campsite you would like to stay in. On the right hand side will be information regarding the campsite, such as maximum amount of people, maximum amount of days, and amenities and services that it offers (power, water, etc.)
- Once you have found the site you want to stay at, press select to book to confirm your selection, and then press add to cart to begin the checkout process.
- Please note; campers can only book up to 3 campsites at a time.
Step 3: Begin the checkout process
- Follow the 5 steps to checkout, starting with filling out the information about your stay.
- Anything with a red asterisk is a required field, the system will not allow you to proceed without inputting information in these boxes.
- Here you can add any extra purchases onto your reservation (firewood, extra unit, etc.), as well as fill in your dimensions to make sure that you fit into the site you are booking.
Step 4: Finalize Checkout
- Begin the process of the payment section. You can decide if you would like to pay using the secure online credit card system, or (if the campground offers it), you can pay through e-transfer (EFT).
- At this step you must agree to the campgrounds Policies and Bylaws as well as Terms and Conditions. You can read these over again on the home page of the campgrounds profile if need be.
- Once you have filled in all the required fields, you can confirm your booking and process your payment type.
