Our reports feature can be useful as it can generate data that is relevant to your campground. It creates easy to read information about who is staying in your campground, when they are arriving/departing the names of those in your campground and more.


To access Reports, make sure you are logged in under your Manager Account.  Select Reports List under Reports in the dashboard on the left hand side of your screen.


Enter in the name of your campground.


You can choose to view your data for all dates, or select a time period you want to view data from. For example, you may want to view your data for only the long weekends to estimate traffic for the future, or you may want to view data for the whole season.


These are all the reports you can view.


Arrivals: Indicates travellers who are arriving, what site they are staying at and when they are departing.


Departures: Indicates travellers who are departing, what site they stayed at, and when they are departing


By Camper: Shows the full name of the camper, what site they are staying at, their arrival and departure dates, the type of booking (online or manuel), phone number/email, city and date they made their booking.


By Campsite: Indicates who is staying at which site, when they arriving and departing, and the type of booking in each site(traveller or maintenance booking).


Campsites Short: The travellers name, arrival/departure date and the site they are staying at. 


Add-ons: Shows any additional add-ons the traveller purchased along side their reservation information, such as firewood bundles, adding a tent etc.


Occupancy: Indicates the number of days each site is occupied, the occupancy percentage, percentage of weekends stayed at each site and the total cost/revenue.
